About Author
Natalie Goodfellow
I’m Natalie Goodfellow, a lifelong explorer of the heart and mind based in the serene town of Martintown, Ontario. For over 35 years, I’ve had the joy of guiding children and adults through the beautiful, sometimes messy journey of self-discovery. Whether as a teacher, mother, stepmother, foster mother, or grandmother, I’ve learned that each role offers its own unique way of nurturing growth. My mission is to help others uncover their emotional, spiritual, and self-awareness—tools that unlock the incredible potential we all carry within. Through my writing and guidance, I aim to light the path for those ready to embrace their own transformation. Every day, I’m inspired by the power of understanding, compassion, and growth, and I can’t wait to share that inspiration with you.
